At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufacture aircraft interior seating for a number of worldwide customers. As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a number of Supply Chain Analyst positions in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
What You Will Do:
- Support daily supply chain operations to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Analyse data and reports to identify shortages, delays, and trends.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and support planning activities.
- Help improve processes, reporting, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain team.
- Use systems such as SAP and Excel to manage and track supply chain activities.
What You Will Learn:
- How a global aerospace supply chain operates.
- Experience working with SAP and supply chain management systems.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and problem solving.
- Understanding of inventory management, planning, and supplier management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a comparable role in Supply Chain, Material Management, Procurement or similar relevant discipline within a manufacturing or comparable environment.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
- Qualified or working towards CIPS / CPIM qualification.
- Experience and working knowledge of ERP and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) packages.
