The Supply Chain Director, CEE & Trade is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain across a strategically critical EMEA market. This role involves full accountability for supply chain execution, asset deployment and utilization, customer service and operations, and reliable delivery to end customers. The Director will translate business strategy into supply chain plans, provide insights into demand and capacity dynamics, and ensure optimal cost-to-serve while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end supply chain operations, partnering with commercial leaders for business planning, developing asset strategies, optimizing cost-to-serve, collaborating with global supply chain teams, and leading/developing supply chain talent.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets, from demand shaping and asset strategy through to customer delivery and service execution.
  2. Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders and market leadership teams to understand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities.
  3. Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by providing insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs.
  4. Lead cluster‑wide strategies for asset efficiency and utilization, new asset installation and deployment planning, New Product Introductions (NPIs) and other growth enablers.
  5. Lead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels.
