Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing processes and systems, supporting technology implementations, and improving planning performance using APS capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support client engagements focused on supply chain planning process transformation
  2. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional process and system designs
  3. Support APS-related workstreams across supply chain planning including Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, DRP, MRP, and more
  4. Work with client business and technology teams to improve supply chain planning enabled by APS capabilities
  5. Contribute to design workshops, process mapping, testing, training, and deployment activities

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, consulting, or industry operations.
  • Experience with one or more planning domains: demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, production planning, or S&OP/IBP.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice to have

  • 2 years of deep functional experience with a Advanced Planning Solution such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, or another leading APS solution
  • Prior consulting experience or experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
