This role manages supply chain activities for the 777 fleet, focusing on in-service support, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. It involves leading a team, collaborating with various stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and executing strategies to improve part availability and reduce financial impact. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills within a supply chain context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a supply chain team supporting Fleet Chief Office and in-service airline customers.
  2. Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Program, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services (BGS).
  3. Utilize supply chain experience to remove roadblocks, drive resolution, and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
  4. Manage direct engagement with operators to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, airplane reliability and Maintenance Lifecycle Operating Cost (MLOC) through part availability
  5. Oversee the management and resolution of top fleet issues for the 777 program.
