This role is for a Supply Chain Management Analyst at Boeing, focusing on project management, supply chain coordination, and process improvements within the 787 program. It requires experience in supply chain and inventory management, project leadership, and data analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage projects supporting the 787 program and lead Program initiatives
  2. Review and project manage potential supply chain impacts
  3. Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support 787 Program Operations
  4. Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
  5. Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data & presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • 3+ years of experience in a position where priorities changed frequently & customer service was critical to the team’s success

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations/ production support
  • Experience supporting an Airplane Program
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and engage multiple stakeholders (e.g.. suppliers, supply chain management analysts, procurement)
