Boeing is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across their supply chain. The role involves data analysis, forecasting, and troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop recommendations. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, managing Bills of Material, verifying BOM implementation, releasing and maintaining orders, analyzing inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane Programs
  2. Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
  3. Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
  4. Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
  5. Applies developed solutions to inventory plans

Required

  • Supply Chain practices and processes
  • Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • logistics and/or inventory management
  • industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP
  • willing to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP
  • 3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies
