This role is for an Operations Program Manager within Oracle's Supply Chain Management organization. The primary focus is on driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and providing visibility into critical operational metrics. Responsibilities include strategic execution, financial operations, metrics and insights, workforce planning, onboarding, and program management. The role partners closely with executives, Finance, HR, and other business leaders to ensure organizational priorities are met and operational performance is enhanced.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic operational partner to the Chief of Staff in executing organizational priorities and key business initiatives.
  2. Lead complex cross-functional programs that improve operational efficiency, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Partner with Finance and Global Operations to monitor and improve Accounts Receivable performance across external manufacturing partners.
  4. Own the development and maintenance of organizational dashboards and scorecards.
  5. Manage organizational headcount planning and hiring execution across the Supply Chain Management team.
