What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales, in-stock rates, inventory turns, and overall inventory health for assigned categories
  2. Monitor and own key performance indicators including in-stock rate, procurement lead time, fill rate, and inventory turns
  3. Lead business reviews with vendors to identify operational improvement opportunities and drive actionable recommendations
  4. Forecast and manage efficient inbound and outbound inventory flows while maintaining optimal inventory health
  5. Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues, develop action plans, and project manage improvements while balancing multiple competing priorities
