  1. Oversees 7 - 10 Materials Program Managers (direct reports).
  2. Develops the acquisition/sourcing strategies across the portfolio.
  3. Leads supply chain Program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material cost, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, earned value management (EVM), and supply chain issue resolution.
  4. Participates in critical supplier/subcontractor negotiations.
  5. Conducts program reviews with various functional teams; i.e. supply chain, quality, engineering, finance, etc.
