This role is for a Supply Chain Manager - Sourcing Specialist focused on end-to-end supplier sourcing, procurement, contract management, and vendor relations for data center infrastructure hardware and services. It involves daily operational execution, process landing, and project support, requiring strong business literacy, execution skills, and familiarity with supply chain tools and data center infrastructure business logic.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement daily business sourcing strategies and operational work, business demand matching, progress tracking and regular work summary & report output.
  2. Support the whole process of bidding, RFX inquiry and procurement negotiation for annual routine projects and temporary incremental projects, assist in sorting out project demands and completing supplier business docking.
  3. Take charge of end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including new contract signing, renewal, revision, and asset transaction arrangement.
  4. Follow up global/regional project quotation work, track supplier response progress, coordinate internal technical, product and account teams, and jointly promote the final landing and closing of projects.
  5. Sort out and maintain business price verification documents and process files, conduct regular document sorting and review, and ensure that all business operations comply with company systems and industry specifications.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and other related majors
  • Possess business literacy and market awareness, have a clear understanding of sourcing, procurement, vendor management and contract management business logic.
  • Familiar with basic office and supply chain management tools, capable of independent data sorting, progress tracking, report output and RFX process initiation.
  • Strict and meticulous in work, patient and responsible, able to balance repetitive operational work and phased project work, with strong task execution.
  • Excellent cross-department and internal & external communication and coordination capabilities, able to efficiently docking multi-party stakeholders.
  • Have cognition of data center infrastructure supply chain business, familiar with the sourcing and delivery logic of server, switch, RPDU and miscellaneous (misc) hardware,VAR (Value Added Reseller), and understand the basic process of supplier hardware deployment and supporting service docking.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or above in related majors is preferred.
  • 2+ years of working experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract administration or business operation.
  • Have practical experience in service sourcing, project procurement bidding, contract full-cycle management or supplier access & operation management.
  • Familiar with RFX bidding, price verification, supplier assessment and other standardized procurement processes, with independent project operation capabilities.
  • Candidates with experience in data center hardware (server/switch/RPDU/misc equipment) procurement, infrastructure services, equipment leasing, global logistics and cross-regional business support are highly preferred.
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly familiarize with new business processes, with cross-regional project cooperation experience is a plus.
  • Have a sense of data and process optimization, able to summarize work experience and optimize daily sourcing and operation processes.
  • Owning industry supplier resources, equipment operation and maintenance, on-site service experience or cross-border/overseas business sourcing experience is a strong plus.
