Meta Meta · Big Tech · Shenzhen, China

Meta is looking for an Operations Program Manager to manage build-to-order supply chain operations for consumer hardware products, from early development through mass production. This role involves interfacing with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance, as well as external contract manufacturers, to ensure seamless execution of high-priority initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own build-to-order supply chain operations of hardware programs at contract manufacturers, driving development through mass production and sustaining operations
  2. Define and manage the build-to-order engagement model between internal cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners (FATP/JDM/ODM/CM environments), clarifying roles, responsibilities, and deliverables at each program phase
  3. Drive supplier readiness activities including manufacturing line design, process qualification planning, capacity modeling, and capital expenditure planning ahead of development builds and ramp
  4. Lead on-site bring-up and integration activities at supplier facilities, coordinating with both internal engineering and external operations resources to resolve technical and process issues
  5. Assess, consolidate, and communicate program risk and status clearly and succinctly to leadership, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution at cross-functional reviews and executive forums
