What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end rollout of supplier operational initiatives, including packaging, labeling, serialization, ASN enablement, and supplier portal adoption
  2. Translate internal requirements into clear supplier-facing documentation, training, and implementation plans
  3. Drive supplier compliance to the Supplier Delivery Manual and Chargeback Policy across the supply base
  4. Partner with internal teams (Material Flow, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT) to align on requirements and ensure consistent execution
  5. Engage directly with suppliers (including on-site visits) to drive adoption, resolve gaps, and ensure readiness

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, or analytics roles
  • Familiarity with packaging, labeling, and logistics workflows
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience working directly with external partners
  • Comfortable creating structure out of ambiguity
  • Strong bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Experience supporting supplier performance
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite of products
