Supply Chain Organization Lean Practitioner (level 3 or 4)

This role focuses on implementing and driving Lean initiatives within Boeing's Supply Chain organization, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce waste through established Lean methodologies and tools. It involves facilitating workshops, developing training programs, and mentoring teams in Lean practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate Lean activities and initiatives across various programs & functions
  2. Apply applicable Lean tools (e.g. Problem solving, Kaizen workshops, 3p, Value Steam mapping, Process mapping, 5s) and process analysis to identify areas for improvement
  3. Develops an integrated continuous improvement strategy and assists with its strategic deployment
  4. Develop and implement Lean training programs for employees at all levels
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts, facilitate cross-team best-practice sharing, and promote replication of successful process improvements across the organization.
