Role Definition
The Supply Chain Planning Engineer (Warehouse Lead) is responsible for facility supply chain performance levels and corporate targets for inventory reduction, increasing inventory turns, and improving order-to-delivery results. This position leads facility efforts to run multiple projects to develop and implement the plan for every part, pull material replenishment, warehousing, autonomy, and improved throughput efficiency.

- Warehouse strategy and planning
- Warehouse facility health
- Capacity forecast planning
- Supplier relationship management for external Warehousing
- Strategic Buffer Planning
- Deliver on key critical OPACC Improvement Initiatives including automated material handling and Warehouse optimization
- Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities.
- Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
- Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
- Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.
Degree Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.

Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Project Management: Level Extensive Knowledge
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Level Working Knowledge
Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
- Supplier Management - MFG: Level Working Knowledge
Knowledge of processes and methods to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with suppliers of raw materials or product components; ability to apply related knowledge, experience and skills into real practice.
- Supply Chain Management - MFG: Level Working Knowledge
Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Top candidates will also have
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or manufacturing engineering
- APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification desired
- Experience with AGVs and other automated solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBi, Project Management

- This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL (Building KK).

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
