What you'd actually do

  1. Be a part of the Global Supply Chain Team building a supply base using an AI-first approach to enable safe self-driving at scale.
  2. Material tracking and physical inventory management including proper labelling, storage and handling.
  3. Perform goods receipt transactions of all materials within Waabi’s Procurement tools.
  4. Coordinate shipments of HW and materials to and from Suppliers and across Waabi sites
  5. Manage consigned inventory with Waabi’s Suppliers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science in Business (Supply Chain/Finance/Management) or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement Experience
  • Familiar with inventory management and logistics
  • Familiar with Procure-to-Pay processes including tooling such as PLM, Inventory and Procurement systems
  • Extremely Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of Export Compliance
