What you'd actually do

  1. Execute and achieve the objectives of the Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program under Boeing Global Services.
  2. Perform order fulfillment through expediting the supply of needed items by liaison, coordination and follow-up with internal & external stake holders.
  3. Works at the functional or program level to oversee administration, AOG support Plans and supply change management processes.
  4. Point of contact for customer enquiries and support teams.
  5. Coordinates with 3rd party logistics provider to track shipments for both forward and reverse logistics.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience supporting either Operations, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or Supply Chain functions
  • 1+ years of experience supporting internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, team-oriented mindset and ability to work with minimum supervision

Nice to have

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent discipline
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint)
