This role focuses on supply chain planning for advanced packaging operations in the semiconductor industry. It involves forecasting demand, aligning supply, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also drives process improvement using analytics and AI-enabled solutions, but the core function is supply chain planning, not AI model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain advanced package demand and starts forecasts to support short‑term execution and long‑term capacity planning
  2. Build and manage planning models incorporating wafer constraint
  3. Perform multi‑scenario planning (constrained and unconstrained) using multiple demand signals to assess risks and trade‑offs
  4. Evaluate impacts of demand volatility, yield changes, and capacity constraints on supply plans
  5. Work closely with Factory Planning, Supply Planning, Wafer, and Wafer Sort teams to align assumptions, inputs, and execution plans

Required

  • Advanced supply chain analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Inventory Management
  • Know-how of supply chain theory and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor industry with specific knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Advance Package planning experience
  • Advanced Planning system experience , e.g. Kinaxis
