Job Description
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in North Charleston, SC or Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities
- Manages internal Purchase Orders from start to finish: Enters Purchase Orders, coordinates all schedule improvements/slides, engaging appropriate stakeholder to resolve complex issues, ensuring BCA PO’s are shipping on time.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships and partnerships with Internal Customers, Peers, Engineering, Supplier Management, and other support functions.
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholder to fulfill stocking strategies
- Assist in managing supply and demand, supplier quality and On Time Delivery Performance
- Participates in cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues pertaining to schedule slides, detail shortages, engineering revisions and other supply chain issues impacting on time delivery.
- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, optimizing execution of the supply chain while balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand
- Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
- Engage in cross-functional communications to provide status updates for external customers
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Able to work both independently and also in a collaborative team environment
- Able to work in fast paced environment while being able to meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Customer service experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working as a Supply Chain Specialist

Summary pay range:
Seattle, WA: $66,000 - $111,600
North Charleston, SC: $61,000 - $104,400
