What you'd actually do

  1. Manages internal Purchase Orders from start to finish: Enters Purchase Orders, coordinates all schedule improvements/slides, engaging appropriate stakeholder to resolve complex issues, ensuring BCA PO’s are shipping on time.
  2. Cultivates and maintains relationships and partnerships with Internal Customers, Peers, Engineering, Supplier Management, and other support functions.
  3. Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholder to fulfill stocking strategies
  4. Assist in managing supply and demand, supplier quality and On Time Delivery Performance
  5. Participates in cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues pertaining to schedule slides, detail shortages, engineering revisions and other supply chain issues impacting on time delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Able to work both independently and also in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to work in fast paced environment while being able to meet strict deadlines.
