What you'd actually do

  1. Own the day-to-day administration of systems supporting procurement, inventory, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
  2. Configure, deploy, and maintain operational technology, end-user devices, and supporting infrastructure.
  3. Ensure asset, inventory, and equipment records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready throughout the asset lifecycle.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and implement scalable business processes.
  5. Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements across supply chain platforms.

Skills

Required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting supply chain systems, IT operations, infrastructure, asset management, or technical operations.
  • Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, inventory management, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or infrastructure operations.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management or inventory platforms.
  • Familiarity with barcode, RFID, or automated asset tracking technologies.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar operational platforms.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience supporting regulated industries, including defense, aerospace, or critical infrastructure.
