This role focuses on developing and owning supply plans, creating inventory strategies, identifying and resolving supply-demand gaps, assessing revenue capability and supply risk, and coordinating supply allocations. It also involves improving planning processes and systems, mentoring junior planners, and building stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong analytical skills, expert-level Excel, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and own supply plans in partnership with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers to meet customer and business commitments.
  2. Create inventory strategies (targets, buffers, risk mitigation approaches) that balance service levels, cost, and working capital.
  3. Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps (shortages/excess) and lead cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions that protect revenue and margin.
  4. Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk, providing clear insights and scenarios to senior leadership for decision-making.
  5. Coordinate supply allocations when required, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to optimize outcomes and ensure fair, transparent execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Sourcing, or broader supply chain leadership
  • Demonstrated experience communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional and senior leadership audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or datacenter environments
  • Familiarity with cloud/platform environments such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), especially where supply planning is tied to capacity delivery
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, supply chain planning, or related roles
