Uber Uber · Consumer · Amsterdam, Netherlands · Operations

Uber is seeking a Supply Growth Manager for their EMEA Central Ops team to lead courier acquisition strategies across the region. The role involves owning the end-to-end process of attracting, converting, and onboarding delivery partners, building scalable playbooks and processes for local markets. This is a strategic, data-driven role focused on turning ambiguity into structure and driving growth in a fast-paced marketplace.

  2. Build scalable processes and playbooks for managing courier incentives, turning manual workflows into streamlined processes that empower local teams to deploy budget quickly and effectively
  3. Advise on budget sallocation and ROI planning for supply growth investments, ensuring every euro spent drives measurable impact while balancing near-term growth targets with long-term unit economics
  4. Act as the regional bridge to product teams, ensuring smooth rollout of global launches across EMEA by flagging risks early, adapting strategies, and driving local adoption
  5. Partner with CRM to design communications campaigns that maximize the reach and conversion of acquisition efforts, optimizing messaging, targeting, and channel mix across markets.
