Supply Network Planner - Mexico

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Network Planner for their MedTech division in Mexico City. The role involves managing end-to-end product availability for the Mexican market, focusing on the Surgical portfolio. Responsibilities include inventory network planning, monitoring levels and constraints, developing mitigation plans, executing supply planning routines, supporting S&OP processes, driving inventory optimization, and coordinating allocation decisions during constrained scenarios. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management, experience in complex supply chains, advanced Excel skills, SAP ERP/APO/IBP experience, and fluent English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage inventory network planning activities for the Mexican market
  2. Monitor inventory levels, backorders, supply constraints, and service risks
  3. Develop supply mitigation and recovery plans with regional Supply Chain and Local Market Teams
  4. Execute short-term and mid-term supply planning routines
  5. Support IBP/S&OP and Supply Review processes

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Management
  • Experience in complex supply chain environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP ERP/APO/IBP systems
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or Surgical Devices
  • Knowledge of import/export and LATAM supply chain flows
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Experience in constrained supply environments
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Portuguese is a plus
