What you'd actually do

  1. conducting investigations on front-end applications
  2. capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally
  3. Backend techniques to be used. including capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers
  4. Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators
  5. Documentation of notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation of lifecycles

Skills

Required
