Boeing is seeking an experienced Product Support Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining Logistics Product Data (LPD) and services. The role involves managing engineers and specialists, coordinating customer requests, and supporting logistics design influence activities to meet system performance requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead an integrated team of Product Support engineers and specialists.
  2. Manage the team’s development of Logistics Product Data (LPD) products using Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International™ Standards for Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  3. Coordinate task prioritization balancing stakeholder, contractual, and strategic priorities.
  4. Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems.
  5. The ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables.
