What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of product support engineers to deliver high-quality support solutions.
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of Maintenance Engineering deliverables, from analysis through deployment.
  3. Establish and enforce organizational strategies and quality standards to meet program objectives.
  4. Integrate and coordinate across Product Support functions such as Publications, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, Design Engineering and Systems Engineering.
  5. Support program and project management activities, including change management processes.
