This role is for a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager at Apollo.io, an AI-native company. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, trust, and accessibility of data, forecasting, and GTM performance metrics across the business. Responsibilities include building and maintaining source-of-truth reporting, developing scalable data models and dashboards, defining and operationalizing GTM metrics, and performing SQL-based analyses to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has expert-level SQL skills, experience with Salesforce data, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a background in Revenue Operations or GTM analytics within B2B SaaS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain source-of-truth reporting across the ARR waterfall, including key dimensionality, and GTM Scorecard metrics.
  2. Partner with BI/Analytics to develop scalable data models and dashboards that ensure data confidence and consistency for GTM stakeholders and analytics communities.
  3. Define, document, and operationalize core GTM metrics, including logo definitions, ARR growth and accounting logic, funnel metrics, retention, and expansion.
  4. Develop and maintain advanced SQL-based analyses to support forecasting, pipeline health, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
  5. Deliver clear, actionable insights to GTM and RevOps leadership to support planning, prioritization, and execution.
