What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Support Service Contract Renewals for existing Oracle customers and partners
  2. Correctly identify customer requirements and needs
  3. Advise about support service offerings and their benefits
  4. Educate customers on e-business practices and contractual terms & conditions
  5. Respond to customer requests, queries, and complaints
