The Customer Care Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson's Surgery division is responsible for executing daily customer support and service coordination activities. This includes managing service schedules, coordinating equipment logistics, handling financial and administrative processes related to service, and ensuring documentation and compliance with quality standards. The role acts as an interface between customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service execution and customer satisfaction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute daily Customer Care activities, including answering customer calls, registering service requests, and coordinating with the technical and field service teams.
  2. Control and manage the Service Engineers’ service schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation and service coverage.
  3. Monitor and manage the allocation and return of loaner equipment to customers.
  4. Coordinate and execute the temporary export process of equipment when required.
  5. Control mandatory preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with due dates and service requirements.

Skills
