Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · San Francisco, CA

SVP of Product Management for Agentforce Development Lifecycle (ADLC) at Salesforce. This executive role will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new operating system governing Agentforce applications, focusing on AI-assisted development, automated agent testing, and secure deployment pipelines. The role requires a GM mindset, deep technical understanding of enterprise software and AI-first/agentic automation frameworks, and experience leading large global product management organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Craft and evangelize a bold vision that redefines Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) into an autonomous, agent-first paradigm (ADLC).
  2. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to global scale, delivering features that enable rapid prototyping, simulation testing, experimentation, and self-healing deployment loops for agents.
  3. Recruit, inspire, and scale a world-class, diverse, and high-performing global product management organization that top talent fights to join.

  • Proven track record of leading large organizations (50+ FTEs) in a global, highly matrixed environment.
  • Mentoring and growing executive-level product talent.
  • Demonstrated commercial aptitude; comfortable navigating sophisticated monetization strategies, complex stakeholder landscapes, and M&A evaluations/integrations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to construct compelling narratives for diverse audiences, from deeply technical engineers to Fortune 500 C-suite executives.
