What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software.
  2. Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations.
  3. Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions.
  4. Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements.
  5. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders.
