What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and mission-ready:
- Supporting and maintaining complex IT systems and networks
- Monitoring system health and responding to issues in real time
- Troubleshooting across infrastructure, networks, and hardware
- Performing upgrades, patching, and continuous system improvements
- Managing user access, security controls, and system integrity
- Working closely with engineering and operational teams to keep systems running at peak performance

About you:
- Australian Citizenship is required
- You must be holding a current **NV1 **or **NV2 AGSVA **security clearance
- Degree or certificate in Communication and Information Systems and or IT OR 3+ years in practical experience
- Experience in Systems Administration or IT Support (L2/L3 level)
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and infrastructure
This position required a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance. You must either currently hold or be eligible to hold this level clearance.
Note: As a Defence security clearance (TSPV) is required for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, so your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
