This role involves system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration, and disposition of servers and workstations. It includes providing support for the design, validation, and implementation of changes to computing delivery systems, performing system monitoring and backup/restore procedures, and administering user system access to meet security requirements. The role also involves problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems, monitoring system performance for capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning. Scripting for automation and experience with operating systems, Windows Server environments, and virtualization technologies are required.

What you'd actually do
