This role involves designing and developing AI-powered automation solutions to bridge Salesforce and Amazon Advertising systems, focusing on campaign trafficking and workflow orchestration. The engineer will build scalable technology solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to AI/LLM automation initiatives by integrating Generative AI models into production workflows. The role also includes developing monitoring, alerting, and automated testing frameworks, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions that bridge Salesforce and Amazon Advertising systems, focusing on campaign trafficking, workflow orchestration, and operational excellence improvements.
  2. Build scalable technology solutions using modern software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume advertising operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable systems.
  4. Apply operational excellence principles by developing monitoring, alerting, and automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability and performance at scale.
  5. Contribute to AI/LLM automation initiatives by developing autonomous processing capabilities for campaign management and integrating Generative AI models into production workflows.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
