This role is for a Systems Support Administrator at Twilio, focusing on providing operational and technical support for Salesforce, including CPQ and OLM, to the North America and Latin America Sales organizations. The position involves managing user setups, case management, configurations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the efficient and stable operation of Salesforce instances.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  2. Oversee Salesforce case management, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
  3. Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  4. Serve as the escalation point for advanced Salesforce user requests.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and multi-instance Salesforce issues.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex integrated system issues.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, or ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Flow, SOQL, and advanced automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
