Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Administrator in Aurora, CO. The role involves performing Linux and Windows system administration, managing VMware technologies, NAS storage, and supporting the Cyber Security team. A Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required. The position also requires IT experience and specific certifications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform as a Linux and Windows System Administrator on large government contracts.
  2. Perform administration on VMware technologies (or related)
  3. Experience with all aspects of NAS Storage
  4. Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
  5. Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of IT experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years of IT experience OR Associate degree with 4 years of IT experience OR HS Diploma / GED with 6 years of IT experience
