This Systems Engineer role focuses on digital product development within the aerospace industry, emphasizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and integrating digital solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and foster a high-performing team culture by promoting collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution.
  2. Champion a culture of relentless improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
  3. Collaborate with internal customers, DT subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement new or upgraded applications.
  4. Enable data migrations between applications/systems and contribute to enterprise-level goals targeting common applications across the organization.
  5. Help shape and optimize delivery of a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tool chain, including a Test Management Solution.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, TeamWork Cloud, Matlab, Polarion, JAMA, TestRail, TestForward) and standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO 15288)
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe implementation using JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of digital engineering implementations across the lifecycle
  • Experience delivering products/systems within highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automative, defense).
