What you'd actually do

  1. Identifying unique requirements from a broad customer base, flowing the requirements into design documentation, and working with a diverse team to build and test those requirements.
  2. Work on the capabilities of current products, performance analyses, design information, and requirements verification methods.
  3. Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  4. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation.
  5. Generate, review, and manage multiple requirements sets that cover all aspects of both performance and nonperformance including mechanical interfaces, electrical interfaces, data requirements, environmental requirements, and reliability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline
  • 2+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Science degree
