Systems Engineer for the Next Generation Launch Equipment (NGLE) program, responsible for requirements development, system-level performance assessments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requires a Secret clearance and experience with agile principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the development, decomposition, refinement and documentation of key requirements and capabilities.
  2. Responsible for supporting overall System-level end to end performance assessments of the system and identifying and leading the resolution of systems performance gaps relative to stakeholder requirements.
  3. Collaboration with senior systems engineers and other disciplines to support the development of deliverables
  4. Manages requirement changes in the Requirements Management databases working effectively with IPT leaders and team members.
  5. Should be knowledgeable about agile principles and have demonstrated the ability to facilitate an agile development process

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s Degree with 0 years of professional experience (Level 2)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of professional experience (Level 3)
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Interim or Active DoD Government Secret Security clearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Nice to have

  • MBSE experience (Cameo or similar)
