Systems Engineer for launch vehicle mission related system engineering product development, focusing on requirements, assessments, and verification. Requires a Secret Security Clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. The candidate should possess strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills to understand, generate and document system and subsystem level launch vehicle requirements, perform vehicle performance assessments and participate in system level verification/data review activities.
  2. Creates new system requirements and manages requirement changes in the Requirements Management database.
  3. Creates and manages both original and revised specification/interface definition document and coordinates document approval through peer review and signature process.
  4. The candidate should possess a strong resolve to drive tasks to completion autonomously.
  5. The candidate should have a strong understanding of one or more disciplines supporting systems on a launch vehicle, with a desire to expand that knowledge (i.e, electrical, mechanical, guidance navigation & control, software, propulsion)
