  4. Displays Technical and program review board leadership.
  5. Contributes to the completion of Change Proposal Development and Risk Management and Opportunity analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
  • 2 years of experience (Systems Engineer) OR 5 years of experience (Principal Systems Engineer)
  • Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline
  • 3 years of experience (Principal Systems Engineer with MS)
  • PhD in a STEM discipline
  • 1 year of experience (Principal Systems Engineer with PhD)
  • Active US Government Secret clearance or higher
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Experience in Program/Project Management including Baseline Management, Program Change, Change Integration, Risk and Opportunity Management, or Risk Management Analysis

Nice to have

  • Master of science degree in STEM
  • Active, In-scope US Government Top Secret or SCI clearance
  • 3-5 years of Program/Project management experience including Change Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, Change Proposal processes
  • Advanced use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts
  • Develops recommended solutions to advanced technical problems
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Aircraft Design
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Aircraft Avionics & Electrical Systems
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Aircraft Testing
  • Systems/Model Based Systems Engineering academic or work-related experience
  • Strong understanding of common SE processes and procedures
  • System Design behavior analysis academic or work-related experience
  • Significant experience in the developmental/operational test maintenance environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
