What you'd actually do

  1. Provide engineering leadership, analysis, and execution support for the development of innovative systems.
  2. Focus is on change and technical integration of complex issues, as well as how our solutions affect our program costs and schedules.
  3. Complete understanding and wide application of Change Integration and management principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
  4. Displays Technical and program review board leadership.
  5. Contributes to the completion of Change Proposal Development and Risk Management and Opportunity analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field
  • at least 2 years of relevant military / professional experience
  • Secret or higher clearance
  • background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation
  • formal training or basic knowledge and experience in Program/Program Management including Baseline Management, Program Change, Change Integration, Risk and Opportunity Management, or Risk Management Analysis

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in STEM
  • Active, In-scope US Government Top Secret or SCI clearance
  • 3- 5 years Program/Project management experience
  • Advanced use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts
