Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC) System Integration & Test program.
This position is onsite based in Huntsville, Alabama_. _Travel up to 25% will be required.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC in the planning and execution for lab and field test execution.
- Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.
- Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
- Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one or two week durations.
- Support Proposal and EAC activities
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- System Integration & Test experience.
- Experience developing test plans and procedures.
- Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
- The ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer **
- Integrated Product Team Lead experience.
- Experience evaluating requirements and with Verification and Validation methods.
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
- Experience collaborating with program leadership and partner IPT’s.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a high pressure/high profile environment with program leadership and external customers.
- Experience creating integration and verification strategies.
- Electrical Engineering experience or exposure.
- Effectors & Systems of Systems Background.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
