Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts for the IFPC program, ensuring systems perform according to specifications. Responsibilities include planning and executing lab and field tests, data collection and analysis, creating test documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requires a STEM degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of engineers in integration and flight test efforts on IFPC in the planning and execution for lab and field test execution.
  2. Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
  3. Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.
  4. Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
  5. Create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.

Skills

Required

  • STEM degree
  • 8+ years of prior relevant experience
  • System Integration & Test experience
  • Experience developing test plans and procedures
  • Experience with Verification and Validation methods
  • Ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
