Figure AI is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for their Hand Subsystem team. This role focuses on integrating robotic hands into their humanoid robots, involving control, calibration, sensor integration, diagnostics, and performance tuning. The engineer will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and AI teams to ensure robust hand solutions for deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Integrate multi‑DOF robotic hands with the humanoid control stack.
  2. Own calibration strategies and end‑of‑line bring-up.
  3. Incorporate sensor and feedback systems.
  4. Develop real-time diagnostic algorithms to enable fall-back strategies.
  5. Debug and analyze performance.
