Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Sustainment Engineer (Level 5) to support the resolution of operational issues across Global Missile Defense (GMD) sites and laboratories. The role involves leading issue-resolution cycles, developing long-term sustainment solutions, technical communication with senior stakeholders and DoD customers, process improvement, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires a STEM degree, 12+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Experience with SAP Production, Jira, and MS Office is essential, along with a proven track record in leading sustainment projects and driving organizational change.
