Tableau Alliances - Partner Account Manager

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Account Manager for their Tableau Alliances team in Tokyo, Japan. This role focuses on driving data utilization business growth by building strategic alliances with major SI and Agency partners. The goal is to expand Tableau's business in the Japanese market, achieve Partner Success and Customer Success, and promote new data utilization proposals including Tableau Next within the Salesforce Data360 platform. The role involves collaborating with other Partner Account Managers to integrate Tableau into overall Salesforce proposals, enabling partners to expand their business through Sell with/Sell to models, and contributing to the advancement of end-customer data utilization and DX promotion in Japan.

  5. パートナー主導のSalesforce案件の中に Tableau を組み込んだ提案活動の支援

Skills

Required

  • IT industry experience in enterprise sales or partner management (5+ years)
  • Communication and presentation skills to influence internal and external organizations
  • Logical thinking and data-driven strategy planning/numerical management skills
  • Interest in BI, Analytics, and data utilization
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong drive for goal achievement and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Knowledge/experience with Tableau or BI/Analytics products
  • Partner business experience in Sell with/Sell to models
  • Understanding of Salesforce products and data platform
  • Understanding of SI project structures
  • Business experience across various industries
