What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver a smooth end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience, including offer creation and Workday processing
  2. Act as a key point of contact for TA operations requests, ensuring timely and high-quality support
  3. Manage background check process, include reviewing and escalating concerns raised by the background check vendor
  4. Drive immigration workflows, ensuring full compliance across EMEA and partnering with People Operations
  5. Maintain accurate data across HR systems and support create or pull operational reports
  6. Contribute to process improvements and TA projects, helping us continuously evolve how we work
