The Trade Desk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to manage all operational activities within their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role involves system improvements, updates, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance the candidate experience and achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of talent acquisition experience and 2+ years managing an ATS.

What you'd actually do

  1. In Depth technical functional knowledge of ATS and ability to identify system & process automation and efficiency ability on a wide scale.
  2. Responsible for daily improvements of ATS, implementing updates and reviewing best practices.
  3. Responsible for evolving and enhancing the candidate experience from prospect to offer accept.
  4. Manage detailed operational reporting activities and dashboards to share with TA (Talent Acquisition) and Functional Stakeholders.
  5. Develop and manage tiered ticketing requests through JIRA for operational support or recruitment.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • 2+ years’ experience managing an ATS system, preferably Greenhouse or Workday
  • Knowledge of relevant systems
  • Demonstrated skills in project, program, and operations management
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving ability and sound judgement ability
  • Strong leadership, team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, results driven, problem solver
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives
