Visa is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting across various business functions, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and People Business Partners. The position requires developing talent pipelines, leveraging data and analytics for hiring strategies, and representing Visa as a brand ambassador. The role is hybrid and based in Warsaw, Poland.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and People Business Partners. Partnering closely to understand functional and country-level strategies, ensuring talent plans align with Visa’s broader vision.
  2. Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through a high-touch, consultative recruitment approach
  3. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding
  4. Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Deliver a high‑quality, efficient hiring experience, balancing speed, rigor, and consistency.

Skills

Required

  • End-to-end talent acquisition experience within a global, matrixed organization
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Excellent abilities in interviewing, influencing, negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving

  • Proven expertise across multiple sourcing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to use recruitment metrics and analytics
