Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA to support its AI international expansion, focusing on building and scaling sales and engineering organizations. This role involves partnering with senior leaders, developing regional talent strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, particularly in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition within the defense or Public Sector SaaS space, with a strong understanding of EMEA talent dynamics and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with senior and executive-level stakeholders to understand business objectives, growth plans, and capability gaps.
  2. Translate market entry and growth plan into scalable, data-driven regional talent acquisition strategies.
  3. Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles including senior, critical, and hard-to-hire roles.
  4. Shape local hiring approaches while maintaining a consistent global hiring bar.
  5. Use data to forecast hiring needs, track progress, and continuously optimise our recruitment performance.
