Cohere is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for their tech teams, including Research, Applied ML, and Engineering. The role involves attracting and sourcing top talent for senior-level positions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a world class full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for a large volume of senior level roles across engineering teams.
  2. Partner with hiring managers and org leaders on effective recruiting strategies. Influence where necessary.
  3. Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby, with diligence.
  4. Proactively source and recruit top talent.
  5. Take initiative, introducing talent projects in an effort to optimize efficiencies and take ownership of these projects.
